Electrical Supervisor

THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking experienced Electrical Supervisors to join the team. In this role, you will be working on a 2 and 1 FIFO roster at an underground mine site. Flights, accommodation and meal allowances will be provided. In this role, you will: Undertake project‑specific tasks as appropriate and directed to you by the Superintendent. Leading a Team of Leading Hands and Electricians Lead by example for all Safety on site Report task status, including forecast outcomes with relation to time, cost, scope and quality, when required Maintain records of work‑in‑progress and communications in line with the project management methodology Participate in and inform project planning and auditing activities ABOUT YOU Have a great attitude Enjoy problem solving Excellent Leadership in Safety Minimum 3 years experience in a Supervisory role Previous underground mining experience Mining Supervisor (G1,G8,G9) desirable and not essential Microsoft Office 365 applications including Teams, Excel Experience in the use and interpretation of Project Scheduling software (MS Project or Primavera) Quality Management experience Budget management experience The successful candidate will have: Trade Certification / AQF Cert Level 3 Electro Tech SA Electrical License High‑risk work License (with WP class) desirable, but not essential Working at Heights (Completed in the last 16 months) desirable, but not essential Current CPR/LVR (within the last 9 months) Current Unrestricted C Class Driver’s License White / Blue Construction Card ABOUT PHE GROUP & PHE MINING PHE Group is an electrical and instrumentation contractor with five specialist divisions and more than 50 years’ experience.
