As a trusted Registered Training Organisation (RTO #45802), we offer courses including Workplace Health and Safety consulting, High Risk Work Licenses, and specialist safety audits. Our mission is to advocate for rural and regional communities, driving safety, productivity, and growth through practical skills and compliance training. Role Description This full-time on-site role, located in Rockhampton, QLD, involves delivering vocational training and assessments in accordance with national standards. Responsibilities include conducting training sessions, assessing learners, developing training materials, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The Trainer Assessor will also perform workplace health and safety audits and consulting for clients in agriculture, mining, and construction industries. Qualifications Experience in vocational education and training, including Workplace Health and Safety Skills in developing and delivering training programs Competence in conducting assessments and audits Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Relevant qualifications in training and assessment (e.g., TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment) Experience in the agriculture, mining, or construction industries is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
