We will count on you to:
Provide expert and commercial legal advice in a timely and professional manner to all aspects of the Marsh & Mercer Australia businessesAnalysis of and advice on new and/or changing laws and regulationsIdentify liability exposure and provide solutions to manage and reduce risk to Marsh & MercerEffective management of outside counsel and review of outside counsel work product.Provide supervision, development and management to junior team membersLiaison between legal and rest of the companyAssisting in producing reports, manuals, and presentationsOther tasks as directed by the manager, Chief Commercial Counsel, Pacific

Pro-active and highly organisedThrive in a high-pressure environmentAbility to work autonomously and accurately to meet multiple deadlinesStrong attention to detail with a high level of writing and communication skillsAbility to draft and edit conciselyStrong Microsoft Office skills
