We’re a growing, agile business with operations across multiple countries — and we’re looking for passionate people who align with our values: Confidence without arrogance Level up every day Commit to shared success Don’t take shortcuts — make them Key Responsibilities Rentals Coordination Manage incoming and outgoing production equipment Check, clean, and test all gear before and after use Add and maintain inventory records in Current RMS Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and software/firmware updates Build Video / DIT / Dailies rigs and support technical setups for shoots Organise local freight, deliveries, and returns Maintain a tidy and efficient workshop environment Assist with managing vehicle servicing (e.g. Dailies VW Crafter) Liaise with senior engineers, logistics managers, and operators Facility & Building Management Act as main contact for the landlord, cleaners, and service providers Manage access, alarm systems, and consumables Take shared ownership of the facility’s maintenance and presentation Reporting & Administration Complete administrative tasks and reporting accurately and on time Keep systems and documentation up to date Health & Safety Follow The Rebel Fleet’s health and safety procedures Ensure equipment and workspace safety standards are met Report hazards and incidents promptly Team & Communication Build strong working relationships across teams Communicate clearly and proactively with colleagues and partners Be available for meetings, training, and ad hoc support as needed About You You’ll bring: Strong organisational and time‑management skills High attention to detail and pride in your work A confident, personable, and team‑focused attitude The ability to work independently and take initiative Basic knowledge of electronics or production workflows (advantageous) A solutions‑focused and service‑oriented mindset Why You’ll Love Working With Us Join a passionate team that supports world‑class productions across Australia and beyond.
