Service Repairs Supervisor

Position Repairs Coordinator, Maintenance Team, Mascot, NSW. Responsibilities Planning and coordinating major elevator repair works Ordering materials, working closely with specialist suppliers and subcontractors Managing labour including providing a weekly planner and rostering of the team Managing repairs team performance and skill development Actively participating in site visits to ensure work is being completed safely and efficiently Performing quality and safety audits Build relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders Qualifications Mechanical / Electrical trade qualifications 3 – 5 years' experience working in the elevator industry People management experience Full drivers licence Proven success in coordinating multiple tasks across multiple teams Strong commitment to safety in the workplace Ability to interact with customers and ensure a positive impact Effective written and verbal communicator Benefits Great remuneration and benefits Work with industry-leading products and technology Join a global organisation with a strong focus on training, safety and quality At KONE, we bring buildings to life Through our technical expertise and digital connectivity, we provide an essential service to communities around the world – keep people moving no matter what.
