Our work will take you in different directions. We’re looking for a Service Repairs Supervisor to join our Service Team in Mascot, NSW. What will you be doing? Planning and coordinating major elevator repair works Ordering materials, working closely with specialist suppliers and subcontractors Managing labour including providing a weekly planner and rostering of team Managing repairs team performance and skill development Actively participating in site visits to ensure work is being completed safely and efficiently Performing quality and safety audits Build relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders What are we looking for? Strong mechanical background Trade certification preferred Experience working in the elevator industry an advantage People management experience Full drivers licence Strong organisational skills Proven success in coordinating multiple tasks across multiple teams Strong commitment to safety in the workplace Ability to interact with customers and ensure a positive impact There’s so much more to KONE than you may realise.
