It’s for someone who wants to lead. You’ll be the heartbeat of our production lines, setting up, troubleshooting, fine‑tuning, and mentoring others to deliver excellence every shift. We have 2 roles available, 1 on dayshift and 1 on Afternoon shift, that run over 24 hours per day please specify which shift you are most interested in on your application : Day Shift Afternoon Shift - shift loading as per award - 15% Line Performance Fitter Location: Berkeley Vale, NSW What You’ll Be Responsible For: Setting up and troubleshooting filling line equipment to meet production targets. Executing fast, efficient changeovers with minimal ramp‑up time. Troubleshooting breakdowns and escalating issues via MEX. Performing autonomous maintenance and mechanical repairs. Driving continuous improvement and reducing waste. Supporting and developing Level 1 and 2 team members. Maintaining GMP compliance and quality documentation. Leading by example in safety, teamwork, and accountability. What Makes You Right for This Role: You've got a Trade Qualification, Fitter or Mechanical background preferred.
