Overview Habitat For Humanity Australia (Victoria) – Kilsyth VIC Why volunteer with ReStore? You will have fun working with others to serve customers, provide counter sales, sort donations, price and restock the shop. You will not be bored as there is always plenty to do. When can I help? We are looking for volunteers to help on our Saturday Shift. You can help morning, afternoon or the whole day. How does your volunteering help? ReStore is Habitat for Humanity’s social enterprise that accepts and resells new and gently used items donated by businesses and the general public. The funds that our ReStores generate support Habitat’s home building program of providing low income families experiencing housing stress with a decent place to live. Who do we need? We are looking for friendly, reliable, punctual and honest volunteers to join our team. This is a great opportunity if you are looking to expand your skills or have recently retired and are looking to meet some new people. You do not need any prior experience as we will provide you with all the training you need. Details Category – Community Services Commitment – Regular - less than 6 months Type of Work – Retail & Sales Time Required – ReStore has either one or two shifts per day, 5 days per week plus one shift on Saturdays.
