What You’ll Be Doing You will work closely with Mob, supporting them with culturally safe and holistic services that help them overcome barriers and secure sustainable, ongoing employment. You will also: Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups Develop tailored plans for Mob to create successful and culturally safe pathways for employment You will empower Mob by positively developing and enhancing their employability skills to find meaningful employment and provide support to employers and participants Deliver a quality service whilst adhering to all contractual and compliance requirements Why You’ll Love It Here We’re not just a workplace — we’re a community.
