Our client, a well known and established Home Lending specialist, are seeking an experienced Credit Analyst to join their high-performing Credit Assessment team. As a Credit Analyst, you’ll play a key role in assessing and structuring loan applications, ensuring they meet both client objectives and lender requirements. You’ll work closely with brokers and relationship managers to analyse financials, identify risks, and provide sound recommendations that support confident credit decisions. This role suits a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced lending environment and enjoys being part of a collaborative, supportive team. Key Responsibilities Review and analyse credit applications for individuals across home lending products. Assess financial statements, tax returns, and cash flow to determine serviceability and creditworthiness. Prepare credit submissions and make well-supported recommendations for approval. Liaise with brokers, lenders, and internal stakeholders to gather information and resolve queries. Maintain accuracy and compliance with lending policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Support continuous improvement of credit assessment processes and documentation standards. About You 3–5 years’ experience in home lending credit assessment Strong understanding of residential lending structures. Proven ability to interpret financial statements and assess serviceability. Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and written communication. Ability to manage multiple applications and competing deadlines in a dynamic environment.
