PMO Analyst I Contract until December 2026 Location: Clayton, VICContract Rate: $650 per day plus superannuation Duration: Contract until December 2026 Your new role Reporting to the PMO Lead, you will support strategic transformation initiatives by managing financial forecasting, actuals tracking, resource planning, and governance reporting across multiple workstreams. You’ll leverage Atlassian tools (Jira & Confluence) to maintain transparency and compliance in delivery. Key Responsibilities Financial Management & Forecasting Resource Planning & Tracking Governance & Reporting Atlassian Tooling (Jira & Confluence) Stakeholder Support & Continuous Improvement What you need to succeed Technical & Analytical Skills Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, accruals, variance analysis, cost modelling Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, charts); Power BI or similar tools Jira & Confluence proficiency (JQL, dashboards, governance integration) Experience with RAID logs, resourcing trackers, governance registers Project / PMO Experience Executive-level reporting and presentation pack preparation Exposure to Agile and hybrid delivery models Familiarity with change control, risk management, and governance frameworks (P3O, PRINCE2, Agile Fundamentals) Soft Skills Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset High attention to detail and structured approach Analytical thinker with a knack for spotting patterns and improvement opportunities Comfortable in fast‑paced, dynamic environments What you need to do now If you’re interested in this role, click “apply now” to forward an up‑to‑date copy of your CV, or call us to discuss the opportunity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
