We’re now seeking passionate Lead Educators and Casual Educators who are eager to make a difference in children’s lives and grow their careers with one of Australia’s leading early learning providers. About the Roles Deliver and support play-based educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). Foster positive relationships with children, families, and fellow educators. Create safe, inclusive, and engaging learning spaces that support every child’s growth. Model and promote professional practice in line with the National Quality Standards (NQS). Lead and guide your room team (Lead Educator) or provide flexible support across rooms (Casual Educator).
