This role is ideal for educators who enjoy flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to work across multiple age groups in a supportive environment.**As a Casual Educator, you will:*** Support permanent educators with daily routines and activities across all rooms.* Build positive and trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues.* Deliver engaging experiences that align with the **Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)**.* Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.* Contribute to the centre’s strong team culture and uphold Busy Bees’ high-quality standards.**What You’ll Need*** Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).* Current **Working with Children Check (Employee – VIC)**.* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.* Understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and EYLF.* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts between **6:30 AM and 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday**.* A positive, team-oriented attitude and genuine passion for early childhood education.**Key Benefits**Joining Busy Bees means being part of a supportive, inclusive, and global early learning community.
