Job Overview Robo's Enterprises Pty Ltd – North Rockhampton QLD. An exciting opportunity exists for a Sales/Service Advisor to join the Fulcrum Rockhampton and Active Gear Team in Rockhampton Qld. If you have a passion for cars and the great outdoors this could very well be the job for you. Key Responsibilities Provide support to our Sales Team members Handle customers’ requirements for service and repair in an efficient and courteous manner Follow up with customers to maintain relations and work on building the volume of work within the workshop Assist the sales team with quoting tasks Liaise with suppliers, order parts for jobs and manage inbound parts Manage the company’s booking system Create invoices within the company’s invoicing system Input data into the company’s customer database Answer phones and make outgoing calls Assist the sales team at various yearly 4X4 events Miscellaneous tasks including maintaining the showroom and stock Build and maintain solid knowledge of brands affiliated through manufacturer and internal training Qualifications & Experience Computer skills for data entry (automation program experience beneficial, although not required) Experience in the mechanical industry is beneficial Data entry and administration skills preferred Excellent phone and customer service skills Minimum of 6 months customer service experience required Positive attitude, great team player with a strong work ethic Australian work rights required Working Conditions The role is Monday to Friday, with flexibility for weekend work, occasional Saturday morning and 4x4 events that we attend annually. Reporting directly to the Owner/Director, the successful candidate will be highly organized and effective team member with strong attention to detail to ensure customer service standards are met. Additional Information Previous employment within the 4x4 automotive or suspension industry in a similar role would be desirable, although we are willing to train if necessary.
