Job Description: As a Service Advisor at Tropical Auto Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless service experience for our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include: Greeting customers and assessing their service needs. Providing accurate and detailed information on recommended services and repairs. Coordinating service appointments and scheduling work orders. Liaising with the service team and technicians to ensure timely completion of work. Managing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and efficient manner. Estimating service costs and preparing detailed invoices for customers. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business. Utilising dealership software systems for service records and customer information management. Requirements: A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. Customer-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Basic computer skills. Valid driver's license. No prior experience as a Service Advisor is necessary.
