We’re looking for a Lending Consultant to join our Suncorp Bank Contact Centre – Lending Team . As a Lending Consultant, you’ll be the friendly voice on the other end of the phone, supporting customers with Everyday Banking and Lending enquiries, account openings, and maintenance on existing loans – all while balancing customer needs, risk, and performance outcomes. Role Location: 80 Ann Street, Brisbane QLDRole Type: Multiple vacancies – permanent, full-time roles Our team operates Monday to Friday, between 8 AM and 7 PM, giving you the chance to work within a range of hours that supports both structure and flexibility.
