We are seeking a Lending Consultant to join the Suncorp Bank Contact Centre - Lending Team in Melbourne. In this role, you will be the trusted voice assisting customers with a range of Everyday Banking and Lending enquiries, including account openings and maintenance of existing loans, while effectively balancing customer needs, risk considerations, and performance expectations.
