Shift Supervisor We are seeking an experienced leader for the role of Shift Supervisor to lead and motivate the production team in a busy, exciting and fast-moving environment. The Shift Supervisor is responsible for setting the expectations and leading their passionate team to hit and exceed daily production schedules as well as being the number one mentor and leader for their team. The successful candidate will need to be available for full-time non continuous shift work consisting of a rotating shift roster: Week 1: Tuesday to Friday 5:30am to 5:30pm Week 2: Monday to Thursday 5:30pm to 5:30am What’s on Offer: Excellent remuneration plus a rewarding incentive bonus scheme. Employee discount options. Duties and Responsibilities: Safety leadership by leading by example. Rostering arrangements. Staff development through formal reviews (probation and performance appraisals). Coordinating multiple production activities. Experience Required: Previous experience of at least 5 years leading and mentoring teams. Previous experience of at least 5 years in a manufacturing or processing environment.
