We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Higher Education Program Coordinators to lead and manage one or more of our Bachelor programs in: Tourism & Hospitality Management Business (Digital Marketing) The Person Reporting to the Associate Dean (Education), the Program Coordinator is a key academic leadership role responsible for the delivery, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of assigned programs. You will work closely with academic staff, students, and senior management to ensure excellence in teaching and learning outcomes, compliance with regulatory requirements, and alignment with AAPoly’s strategic goals. Key Responsibilities Provide academic leadership across program(s) Oversee curriculum implementation, assessment moderation, and academic integrity processes. Coordinate and support academic staff, including sessional lecturers. Monitor student performance and engagement, implementing intervention strategies as needed. Lead course reviews, contribute to accreditation and compliance processes. Foster strong industry and community partnerships to enhance program relevance and employability outcomes. Participate in academic governance committees and contribute to scholarly activities. A successful candidate will have Relevant Post Graduate Tertiary qualification in Tourism and/or Hospitality Management (minimum AQF Level 9 for coordinating a Bachelor’s degree). Graduate Diploma in Tertiary Education or demonstrated commitment to completion within an agreed timeframe. 5+ years’ experience in higher education teaching and/or educational services. Demonstrated experience in academic or operational leadership or course coordination within a higher education context. Familiar with governing and guiding legislations, such as the ESOS Act, the National Code, HESF 2021. Experience in the design and implementation of curriculum and administrative processes in a higher education provider or university. Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
