Diamond Drill Assistants - Surface & Underground - WA HMR is a leading national contractor providing underground and surface drilling, mining, and raiseboring services across Australia. Role Summary We are seeking Surface and Underground Diamond Drill Assistants to join our team in Western Australia. If you're hardworking, motivated, and ready for long days of physically demanding work and take pride in doing the job right, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities Assist the Driller in producing high-quality diamond core samples Perform manual handling and operational support tasks Conduct pre-start inspections and safety checks Contribute to a safe, productive, and positive work environment Requirements / Qualifications Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency Ability to meet pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening Police clearance (within 6 months) First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain) Previous experience in manual handling or physical work Manual Driver's Licence (required for underground roles) HR Licence (required for surface roles) Why Join HMR?
