Why You’ll Love This Role In this entry level role, you’ll manage high-volume retail recruitment, build strong partnerships across our store network, and contribute to smarter, more seamless recruitment processes. What You’ll Be Doing Conduct screening and offers for our Sales Assistant and Store Supervisor roles, in addition to providing onboarding support. Assist with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager recruitment as required. Support recruitment-related projects, training and capability‑building across the retail network. Build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing coaching on recruitment best practice. Lead the Christmas Casual strategy for your region Utilise AI to identify suitable candidates & proactively source candidates for hard to fill roles What You Bring Experience in high‑volume or fast‑paced recruitment or retail environments. Ability to manage and adapt to shifting priorities and changing business needs while remaining effective Strong organisational skills and excellent time management Confident communication with the ability to influence and guide stakeholders. Proactive problem‑solving with a solutions‑based mindset Strong administration skills and attention to detail. Why HanesBrands?
