We are seeking a proactive and driven Coordinator to support our executive recruitment team. You will work closely with a highly skilled and collaborative team to deliver senior and executive recruitment projects that are often fast paced, high profile and strategically important. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the organised backbone of a busy team, takes initiative and is eager to learn. Key responsibilities include (but not limited to): Booking meetings and interviews Reviewing applications Phone screening candidates Completing telephone reference checks Ordering probity checks and assessments Liaising with candidates and clients to keep them informed on processes and request additional information Preparing proposals and other documents Quality control of documents and reports Administration and customer service tasks as requested by the Partners Provide systems super-user expertise with regards to our CRM To succeed in this role, you will ideally bring: Proven experience in a corporate administrative or coordination role Strong attention to detail and confident problem-solving skills Ability to effectively manage projects, processes, and people Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders, including at CEO level Excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities A proactive mindset, with the confidence to push back and manage expectations professionally A hands-on, ownership-driven attitude - this role is best suited to someone who wants to make it their own Exposure to, or a strong interest in, recruitment, executive search or human resources A relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Business or a related discipline (highly regarded) The organisation is proud to champion workplace inclusion and encourages applications from people of all backgrounds, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, people living with disability, culturally and linguistically diverse individuals, LGBTIQ+ candidates, and people of all ages.
