Key Responsibilities: Providing first-level help desk support to clients Logging, maintaining, and completing IT support tickets via the internal help desk system Identifying, troubleshooting, and correcting network, security, hardware, and software problems remotely Office 365 administrative tasks (e.g. creation of users, groups, and shared mailboxes) Administration of users/groups, etc in Active Directory Administration of business computer networks Provisioning of computer and network security and protection Preparing, deploying, maintaining, and repairing IT equipment Assisting other support staff in their duties, and escalating problems to a higher-level support technician as required About You (Desirable Skills & Traits): Experience in an IT help desk role (desirable) An IT qualification at Certificate IV level or above, or relevant Microsoft certifications (desirable) Good understanding of basic IT principles across network, server, and desktop environments Familiarity with Windows desktop and server operating systems Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong ability to follow documented procedures, prioritise tasks, and self-manage workload Experience in the use of ConnectWise Manage and N‑Able N‑Central (desirable) If you have any questions about the role before applying, please feel free to email us at **********@rmt.net.au #J-18808-Ljbffr
