We are seeking a motivated professional who will play a crucial role in the planning, management and execution of our events nationally. Key Responsibilities Partnering with senior leaders, end‑to‑end planning, coordination and delivery of high‑profile corporate events, conferences and company charity events. Ensure all events are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and in line with safety and company standards. Build strong relationships with Procare clients as well as internal stakeholders. Stay ahead of trends to bring fresh ideas and innovation enhancing future events. Manage Procare's social media postings collaborating with external marketing agency, including regular LinkedIn industry updates/observations. What we are looking for Education: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Commerce, but primarily your drive and passion matter most Passion for Events & Marketing: A genuine interest in creating memorable experiences and lasting customer partnerships. Strong Organizational Skills: Thrive in managing multiple projects with attention to detail, even under pressure. Proactive Communicator: Confident, solutions‑focused, and ready to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders. Flexibility: Willingness to work after‑hours or travel interstate for events when needed.
