Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Events Executive (5+ years) to support the planning and delivery of a diverse portfolio of events, including major conferences, gala dinners, regional roadshows, executive programs, incentives, and brand activations. You will work directly under a Project Director and the General Manager, with ongoing coaching, development, and support to help you grow within the business. Key Responsibilities Event Planning & Coordination Coordinate end-to-end event delivery across Australia and APAC Develop project plans, run sheets, timelines, and schedules Coordinate logistics: venues, AV, catering, travel, accommodation, and suppliers Support delegate management and registration systems Work across multiple events throughout the year Assist in delivering high-volume, multi-city and multi-day programs Support flagship conferences and premium brand activations Opportunity for interstate and APAC travel Source, brief, and manage suppliers across AU & APAC Oversee quotes, bookings, negotiations, and timelines Coordinate venue setups, production requirements, and F&B Maintain strong relationships with hotels and production partners Client Communication & Support Support WIP meetings and client updates Prepare agendas, notes, recaps, and briefing documents Assist with event decks and artwork matrices Maintain professional and responsive communication Production & Creative Coordination Coordinate signage, branding, staging, and production schedules Work with internal designers and external creative teams Support exhibitor and sponsor deliverables Ensure timely delivery of event assets Onsite Event Operations Assist with bump-in/bump-out, registration, speaker prep, and attendee flow Support production teams and technical partners Ensure VEI delivery standards and attention to detail Project Administration Maintain Asana boards, cost trackers, and project documentation Support PO requests, supplier invoices, and reconciliation Prepare event specs, schedules, and compliance documents Assist with post-event reporting Ideal Profile 2+ years’ experience in event coordination or event management Experience delivering corporate/B2B events and large-scale programs Strong supplier and venue knowledge Exceptional organisational and communication skills Calm under pressure and confident juggling multiple projects Knowledge of budgeting, quotes, and vendor costing Experience with tools such as Asana, Cvent, Excel, Canva Personal Attributes Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-driven Professional, polished, and reliable Collaborative team player Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Committed to growth and continuous development Why Join Verve?
