Project Coordinator – Events & Logistics Are you looking for a fun gig to kick off your career in events? Fantastic, supportive and fun team. We are looking for a Project Co-ordinator who will be instrumental in the growth of our team. Working closely with our Operations and Project Managers to support our clients with implementing key technology, registration and onsite printing solutions. This full-time role will be based in Sydney HQ in Alexandria. About us Sprintr is an award-winning event technology service for corporate, associations and conference organisers. We provide clients with event solutions, designed to increase efficiency and engagement at events and improve the lives of event organisers. Our current scope focuses on onsite technology solutions including printing, event apps, registration and polling/Q&A solutions. About you The role of Project Co-ordinator will suit those looking to get into events with a knack for technology and high level of customer service. You are a tech-savvy individual, who is eager to learn and be part of a growing team. We are looking for an all-rounder wanting to get into the event industry. You will be supported by an experienced project team and backed by a progressive management team. This role also comes with travel opportunities, so if you’re keen to jump interstate for a work trip here and there, the opportunities are endless as we grow our team Your key responsibilities will include: Supporting with Warehouse Management Providing support to our Project Managers Solution configuration and onsite preparations Kiosk setup and delivery Registration Management and event technology configuration Required Skills Previous Experience in Event industry – Highly regarded Passion for the event industry Excellent verbal and written communication skills Team Player – Ability to work with a team to achieve deadlines Technology savvy – Ability to pick up new event technology platforms, registration systems and apps.
