As part of this dynamic team you will be focused on delivering exceptional service and technical expertise for specialist retirement products. About the role You’ll be the go-to expert for Investment Funds, Defined Benefit, and Lifetime Pension products, managing end-to-end administration and supporting advisers and members with confidence and care. From onboarding and transaction processing to resolving complex queries, you’ll ensure every interaction is accurate, compliant, and member-focused. What you’ll do Deliver seamless administration for specialist retirement products. Act as an escalation point for complex technical queries. Partner with stakeholders to improve processes and drive operational excellence. Ensure compliance with legislation and internal policies. Contribute to knowledge sharing, training, and continuous improvement. What we’re looking for 5+ years’ experience in financial services with expertise in superannuation and retirement products. Strong knowledge of Investment Funds, Defined Benefit, and Lifetime Pension products. RG146 compliant Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
