As a Senior Product Manager - Superannuation, you’ll lead a team which designs, develops and maintains pre- retirement superannuation products (Super Savings- Accumulation, QSuper- Accumulation, QSuper- Defined Benefit) to provide solutions that truly make a difference for members and employers alike. Day to day, you’ll: Shape the future of superannuation – Analyse customer and market insights to spot trends, craft innovative product strategies, and deliver standout propositions that set the benchmark for pricing and features. Champion exceptional experiences – Collaborate with internal teams to design seamless end-to-end journeys for members, advisers, and employers. Lead with insight and influence – Manage relationships with research houses, contribute to industry consultations, and engage with regulators to keep us ahead of the curve. Deliver results that matter – Provide strategic reporting, manage budgets effectively, and ensure compliance with regulatory obligations, including Member Outcomes and Design & Distribution requirements. Drive innovation and impact – Lead integration, change, and continuous improvement initiatives that deliver measurable value across the organisation. This role is a permanent opportunity. About you It goes without saying you’ll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We’ll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too: Degree in Marketing, Finance, Commerce, Economics or related discipline. Demonstrated experience in business and product planning and performance reporting. Proven ability in product development and management in superannuation or financial services industry. People Management and team leadership experience. Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to superannuation.
