Join to apply for the Rostering and Payroll Manager, Lismore role at Northern NSW Local Health District Employment Type : Permanent Full Time Position Classification : Health Mgr Lvl 2 Remuneration : $109,857 - $129,624 per annum Hours Per Week : 38 Requisition ID : REQ What You'll Be Doing You are an experienced rostering and payroll manager capable of providing leadership, management and operational oversight to the Rostering and Payroll Team. Ensure the delivery of effective and efficient Rostering and Payroll services to managers and staff across the Local Health District (LHD), ensuring a high quality customer service that is responsive to service needs and creates a positive employee experience and inspires customer confidence. Oversee systems to endure they are operationally sound, data processing optimal and users are supported to correctly utilise systems. Collaborate with other staff and managers within the People and Culture teams to ensure there is an integrated and coordinated approach towards customer service. Develop and implement policies, standard operating procedures and rostering practices for the Rostering and Payroll Team to achieve its overall performance objectives and optimum benefits from an effective team.
