We are a purpose-led member organisation striving to create greater value for our members and deliver on our purpose to be “The driving force for a better WA.”RAC's Motor Assessing team have a couple of opportunities available for Motor Assessors to join us within the Perth Metro area, with the opportunity to also work from home.This role will require you to use your industry experience to assess motor vehicles along with your customer service skills to negotiate between RAC, members and repairers; ensuring a fair and reasonable outcome for all.What will you be doing?Assess damaged motor vehicles and caravans and determine damage costs Recommend cost effective methods of claim settlement in accordance with policy conditions, manufacturers repair specifications and quality expectations.
