Providence is currently seeking expressions of interest from experienced Commercial Managers and Commercial Support Officers. The roles are open to candidates with Procurement or Commercial backgrounds to work across several work packages in a fast paced and highly complex environment. These work packages span across the LAND, SEA, JOINT and SPACE domains of CASG. These opportunities are located in Canberra and people seeking both permanent and contract work are encouraged to apply. About you: An existing or reinstatable Australian Defence security clearance (essential). Demonstrated Procurement and Contract Management / Support experience within the Defence industry. Demonstrated experience using the ASDEFCON suite within a Defence acquisition or sustainment environment (essential). Experience across finance, cost control, cost estimation, pricing and financial analysis and reporting within the Defence industry would also be highly regarded. Qualifications in either Law, Economics, Business, Procurement or Contract Management. Highly developed stakeholder engagement and stakeholder management skills. High levels of EQ (you should hopefully know what this is). Consulting experience (desirable). If not, we can teach you.
