We are seeking a skilled Azure engineer proficient in designing, constructing, delivering, and documenting high-quality cloud environments confidently and precisely, without unnecessary details. Primary Responsibilities: Taking charge of end-to-end Azure infrastructure implementation in IaaS, PaaS, and hybrid setups. Collaborating with clients and internal teams to design and implement Azure Virtual Desktop, networking, identity, storage, backup, and monitoring solutions. Creating secure, scalable, and cost-effective environments following Microsoft's best practices. Conducting workshops, leading discovery processes, showcasing solution demos, and generating thorough documentation. Translating insights from tools like Advisor, Monitor, and Defender into practical solutions. Handling multiple client projects concurrently with efficiency. Contributing to presales activities, refining service offerings, and assisting in shaping the Azure practice by exploring Copilot and AI integration possibilities. Daily Tasks: Formulating architectural decisions, designing solutions, and creating High-Level Designs (HLDs). Drafting precise and comprehensive As-Builts for each project. Overseeing project delivery from planning to completion. Conducting structured client workshops and technical evaluations. Executing Proof of Concepts (PoCs), detailed analyses, and environment assessments. Identifying and rectifying performance, cost, or governance issues proactively. Ensuring compliance, maintaining documentation, and preparing for audits. Sharing knowledge within the team to enhance overall capabilities. Qualifications: Over a decade of experience specializing in Microsoft solutions. More than five years in consulting or managed services. Proficiency in various Azure components such as AVD, networking, identity, storage, backup, and monitoring. Strong presentation skills, workshop facilitation experience, and project delivery background. Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field. Preferred certifications: AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-140, SC-300. Expertise in hybrid and on-premises integration, migration, CSP, governance, and entitlement models. Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and AI-driven optimization tools.
