Ascentage Pharma has a strong clinical development program and closely collaborates with local healthcare providers and medical community for pipeline development in Australia. A permanent full‑time position of Medical Lead as study physician / clinical research physician is set up for a haematologist or equivalent to support design, conduct, and medical oversight of clinical trials and ensure patient safety, data integrity, and scientific rigor throughout the study lifecycle. This role bridges clinical research, medical affairs and regulatory strategy. Who we are Ascentage Pharma group is a global biopharmaceutical company focusing on developing innovative therapeutics for cancer therapies. We have two products in the market: Olverembatinib and Lisaftoclax. Protocol Development: Contribute on design and review clinical trial protocols and investigator brochures. Medical Oversight: Monitor patient safety, assess adverse events, and ensure ethical conduct of trials. Data Analysis: Interpret clinical data and contribute to data analysis and study reports. Collaboration: Work with cross‑functional teams including clinical operations, data management, biomarker scientists, and regulatory affairs, and build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). Scientific Communication: Contribute to publications and presentations. Skills & Qualifications MBBS, advanced degree / qualifications (MD, PhD, FRCPA or FRACP) in hematology or oncology or equivalent. 0‑2 years of experience in clinical development. Knowledge in regulatory frameworks and clinical trial processes.
