The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strong ECT or Diploma qualified advocate and leader to join the OAC family as Director of our wonderful St Leonards service. You will be joining our organisation at an exciting time as we have just rolled out our CD training program for 2025. You will take part in a new initiative we are running to enable our Directors to become the ‘CEO of their Campus'. Responsibilities Manage the operations of the centre focusing on the five key pillars: People, Quality, Growth, Safety, and Financial performance. Utilise tools, mentoring and technology provided to lead the campus successfully. Drive the growth and development of staff and children within the community. Qualifications Strong ECT or Diploma qualification. Evidence of leadership and advocacy in an educational setting.
