The Rosemount Hotel is one of Perth's most iconic live music venues — and we're on the hunt for another Duty Manager to add to the crew With a recently revamped beer garden and balcony, a stacked calendar of live gigs, and a buzzing community of locals, there's never a dull moment at the Rosie. We're planning big things for the future and we're looking for the right person to grow with us. What's the job? As Duty Manager, you'll be leading the front‑of‑house during your shifts, keeping the good vibes flowing and the service sharp. You'll be backed by a team of legends who love what they do, and supported by experienced supervisors and senior managers. Whether it's a packed‑out Saturday night gig, a cruisy Sunday session, or a mid‑week beer‑garden hang, you're the go‑to person keeping everything running smoothly. What you'll be doing Running the show during your shift — FOH leadership, service standards, and venue vibe Leading and supporting a diverse and passionate team Creating great experiences for our guests, locals, and music fans Keeping the venue safe, compliant, and well‑oiled Working closely with management to learn our systems and culture What we're looking for Experience as a senior bartender or supervisor (Duty Manager experience a bonus) A calm, confident presence — especially when things get busy Great people skills and a love of hospitality A solid work ethic and a hands‑on attitude Current RSA (WA) and Approved Manager Card — or willingness to get them Why you'll love it here A rotating roster with a mix of day, mid, and close shifts — hello, work / life balance Free parking and meals on shift A weekly drinks tab to enjoy on your day off Staff discounts across some of Perth's best venues Paid training and real career progression within a supportive team Front‑row access to epic gigs and a legendary music culture Full‑time or Casual position available depending on the candidate Sound like your kind of venue?
