This high‑impact role oversees regional end‑to‑end marketing operations across Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore. Key Responsibilities Own the regional marketing strategy across B2C and B2B segments, delivering integrated campaigns that drive acquisition, retention, and brand growth. Develop and apply deep customer insights, analytics, and performance metrics to inform strategy and optimize execution. Shape how our brands connect with users across digital and physical touch‑points. Partner with international marketing leaders to align regional execution with a unified global strategy. Identify and launch new channels, products, and programs that accelerate growth and differentiate our offerings. Build and lead high‑performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence, agility, and continuous improvement. Advocate for the Pacific region across product, technology, and operations teams to ensure platforms and tools enable world‑class marketing outcomes. Own key KPIs and deliver against ambitious growth targets in direct channels and brand performance. Qualifications 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably across diverse geographies and cultures, ideally within the travel, mobility, or transportation sectors. Strategic mindset with deep understanding of customer behaviour and market dynamics. Strong ability to translate insights into action, adapt quickly to changing conditions, and translate data into decisions. Proven track record of building and scaling high‑performing teams. Customer‑centric, collaborative, and innovative.
