Skills The ability to engage with people to assist them overcome barriers to employment. Be able to adapt to varying situations and take a creative approach when dealing with individuals. Must have excellent administration skills and the ability to multi task. Strong customer service experience is highly desirable. Work autonomously as part of a wider team.
