About The Role Work as part of a team to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in our residents’ rooms. Supporting your peers and maintaining a cooperative team spirit. Working in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues and residents, closely following all policies and procedures. To be successful in this role you’ll need A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Previous experience working as a cleaner ideally. Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills with experience interacting with a wide range of people. Ability to establish and maintain professional and appropriate relationships with residents and their families. A reliable team player. Ability to read, write and communicate effectively.
