About The Opportunity As a Group FP&A Analyst, you’ll develop broad commercial acumen and gain high exposure to group strategy and decision-making. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, including the CEO, CFO, CIO, Investor Relations, and the Executive Committee. Business Partnering: Build strong relationships with Office and Retail sector leaders to understand key drivers of future earnings, risks, and opportunities. Group Forecasting: Maintain and enhance group forecasting models for income statement, balance sheet, and cashflows, integrating monthly results and adapting to ongoing changes. Capital Management: Prepare and analyse key financial data and debt metrics for ratings agencies, forecast capital requirements, and monitor short- and long-term capital needs. Budgeting: Share responsibility for managing and delivering the group budgeting and long-term forecasting process, coordinating divisional input and providing detailed analysis and commentary. Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly finance reports for senior management and the Board, ensuring accuracy and clarity. External Reporting: Support the preparation and validation of financial and non-financial information for ASX announcements, investor updates, and equity raising packs. Your point of difference – what you’ll bring to the team Undergraduate qualifications in Banking, Finance, or Business; postgraduate qualifications (CA, CPA, Masters) highly regarded. 3+ years’ experience in a financial role, with exposure to forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis. Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills. Expertise in Excel, and confidence presenting results in Word and PowerPoint. Working knowledge of PowerBI or similar data analytics tools.
