Location: (Central Coast-NSW, Gosford-NSW, Australia) We are currently seeking experienced Personal Care Workers who are enthusiastic and passionate about providing a caring, compassionate, respectful, and high-quality service. Our priority is to help our clients live empowered and independent lives at home. Our boutique agency offers services in aged and disability care to clients on the Central Coast, NSWIf you are a Personal Care Worker and have community care experience, then we would like to talk to you Your new role will be responsible for: Assisting clients with their activities of daily living such as personal hygiene, nutrition, and mobility Following client care plans and actively identifying client care needs Communicating and collaborating with the clients care team and significant others Following appropriate policies and procedures applicable to clients in their own home Performing light housekeeping tasks to facilitate client’s self-care at home Qualifications To be successful in this role you will need: · Minimum Certificate III in either Aged Care, Disability Services, Individual Support, Community Service or related experience· Current or willing to obtain Australian National Police check· Current or willing to obtain a First Aid and CPR certificate· Smart mobile phone· Full Australian Driver’s licence and own reliable insured car Preferred Skills · Able to work autonomously and as part of a team· High level of time management and organisational ability· Willingness to participate in further education opportunities· Excellent written and verbal skills What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate Excellent employee benefits program including discount travel, fuel and shopping Opportunities for further training and development A flexible and inclusive environment committed to work life balance This role will report to the Care Manager in our office in Erina, Central Coast.
