We’re hiringqualified Personal Home Care Workers to support clients in their homes across Mudgeeraba, Burleigh Heads, Miami, Currumbin and nearby suburbs . If you're compassionate, reliable, and want flexible working hours – we want to hear from you About the Role: As a Personal Home Care Worker, you’ll travel across the Gold Coast, delivering tailored, one-on-one care in clients’ homes. You’ll empower people to live independently and comfortably – while building strong, respectful relationships. Approx.15 hours per week with flexibility to suit your schedule. Your Responsibilities: Social support (e.g. transport to appointments, shopping, companionship) Domestic tasks (e.g. light cleaning, laundry, meal preparation) Support with mobility, transfers, and assistive equipment Assist clients with complex or challenging needs Monitor wellbeing and report on any health or safety concerns Communicate clearly with care coordinators through an app on daily notes with each service visit What You’ll Bring: Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or Disability Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain) National Police Check (or willingness to obtain) Valid First Aid and CPR certification Reliable vehicle with valid driver’s licence and insurance Smartphone with internet access for communication and updates What We Offer: Paid travel time between clients + KM reimbursement Flexible hours to support work-life balance Paid training and professional development Work close to home within your local community Ongoing support from a professional, caring local team Staff recognition and rewards for outstanding work Join a Team That Truly Cares.
