We enable members to exchange time in their holiday homes for stays in beautiful homes and resorts around the world. With over 30,000 homes globally, we are expanding into Southeast Asia, including Thailand and Vietnam. In this role, you will support our growing member base across Southeast Asia and contribute to lead generation, member acquisition, member experience in Thai and Vietnamese speaking markets. Role Overview We are seeking a multilingual sales and hospitality professional who must speak Thai and/or Vietnamese. You will work exclusively with foreign language leads in Southeast Asia and will be responsible for managing members in that region. As a Membership Coordinator , you will support the full membership acquisition and onboarding journey for Southeast Asian prospects. This includes qualifying leads, conducting sales calls, preparing property information, onboarding new members, and helping them prepare for their first trip. To thrive in this role, you will be self motivated, proactive, organised, and goal oriented. You should enjoy phone based communication and providing personalised, high touch service. Key Responsibilities Reporting and Collaboration Report to the Managing Director and Membership Growth Manager. Act as a brand ambassador for ThirdHome. New Member Acquisition Manage a pipeline of Thai and Vietnamese speaking prospective members. Conduct outbound sales calls and qualify leads. Guide applicants through the joining process. Prepare and review property pages and ensure correct information is submitted. Ensure each new member deposits a minimum of two to five weeks on joining. New Member Onboarding Provide outstanding service to new Southeast Asian members. Educate members on how the club works and the destinations available. Set up new members in internal systems. Assist with uploading content, photos, and availability calendars. Encourage members to book their first trip within 90 days. Member Support Support members from Southeast Asia. Document all communication clearly in internal systems. Manage booking cancellations for these members. Advice on penalties and assist with rescheduling. Liaise with members and internal teams to arrange relocation when needed. Assist with membership cancellations and gather feedback. Complaints Liaise with members regarding complaints and issues. Collect documentation for damages and elevate to the Club Policy team. Assist with insurance claims and reimbursement processes. Administrative Support Maintain accurate records across HubSpot and internal dashboards. Flag concerns, objections, or opportunities. Contribute to team KPIs for activations, deposits, and bookings. Training and Development Attend training sessions and online meetings, including those scheduled in US time zones when required. Operational Excellence Collaborate with the team to make sure to respond to queries in a timely manner. Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency. Record Keeping and Reporting Maintain up to date and accurate record of interactions. Complete weekly reporting. Maintain professionalism under pressure. Industry Knowledge Become an expert in the luxury home exchange industry and ThirdHome processes. Build positive relationships with colleagues across the organisation. Meet or exceed monthly acquisition and deposit targets. Manage your sales pipeline with strong follow up. Skills and Attributes Must speak either Thai and/or Vietnamese. Strong communication skills, verbal and written. Proven success in phone based sales. Enjoys speaking with members and providing personalised service. Adaptable, resilient, and able to work in a fast paced environment. Well organised and self motivated. Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Mac software. Understanding of the luxury travel industry and international cultures. Bachelor degree preferred/or currently studying will be considered. Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong time management and multitasking ability. High attention to detail. Professional, reliable, and self directed. Collaborative, with strong problem solving ability.
