What Will You Do? Provide friendly reception services to staff, contractors, and suppliers. Support the Property Services Supervisor/Manager with contract coordination and work orders. Manage service and maintenance requests. Facilitate contractor sign‑ins and access control for external stakeholders. Ensure accurate processing of accounts payable documents. Maintain basic asset registers. Deliver general administration support to keep the Property Services department running smoothly. More About You Experience in construction or hospitality industry. Background providing senior administrative support in fast‑paced environments. Financial administration experience with strong attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with property management systems. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
