Provide friendly reception services to assist our staff, contractors, and suppliers. Support the Property Services Supervisor/Manager with contract coordination and work orders, including tracking and following up on completed tasks. Manage service and maintenance requests. Facilitate contractor sign-ins and access control for external stakeholders. Ensure accurate processing of accounts payable documents. Maintain basic asset registers. Deliver general administration support to keep the Property Services department running smoothly. More about you Experience in the construction or hospitality industry. A background in providing senior administrative support in a fast-paced environment. Financial administration experience and strong attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with property management systems.
