We’re seeking a passionate Wellness Chef with a strong culinary and nutritional background to join our team. This role will bring creativity, nourishment, and care to our guests and programs through vibrant, health-focused cuisine. About the Role As our Wellness Chef, you’ll design and prepare nutritious meals and wellness offerings that support the health journeys of our guests and retreat participants. Daily offerings include detox kits, cold‑pressed juices, smoothies, healthy snacks, and nourish bowls. During peak accommodation seasons, you’ll also prepare breakfasts and à‑la‑carte menus, and assist with retreats, workshops, and events, creating food that embodies balance, vitality, and flavour. Key Responsibilities Create and deliver daily wellness offerings (detox kits, juices, smoothies, healthy snacks, nourish bowls) Design and execute breakfast and à‑la‑carte menus during accommodation seasons Support events and retreats with tailored wellness catering Source and prepare local, seasonal, and nutrient‑dense ingredients Maintain excellent kitchen hygiene, food safety, and presentation standards Manage ordering, inventory, and prep within budget and sustainability goals About You Qualified or experienced chef with nutrition or wellness training/background Passionate about whole foods, plant‑based, and functional nutrition Creative, organised, and self‑motivated Knowledge of therapeutic diets and special dietary requirements is a plus Previous experience in retreats, health resorts, or wellness centres highly regarded What We Offer A role with meaning and purpose in a holistic health setting Opportunity to design and influence wellness‑inspired menus Supportive, collaborative team culture 25 hours per week, with more during peak seasons Beautiful working environment in Byron Bay To Apply Please email your CV, a short cover letter, and examples of your culinary work or menu concepts to: *******@thebyronbathhouse.com.au #J-18808-Ljbffr
