Cafe 63 Maroochydore Pty Ltd – Maroochydore QLD Cafe 63 Maroochydore Pty Ltd, located at Dalton Drive , is seeking an experienced and qualified Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations. Benefits Salary: $75,000 – $77,000 per annum + superannuation Task & Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items as per the brand’s standards Manage and supervise kitchen staff, rosters and workflow Implement seasonal specials in line with the brand’s food concept Maintain inventory, order supplies and manage cost control Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and WHS regulations Oversee kitchen operations during busy service periods Train and mentor junior kitchen staff Qualifications & Experience Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or higher (or equivalent) 1‑2 years of relevant experience as a Chef, including supervisory responsibilities Ability to lead a fast‑paced kitchen environment Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen management Excellent communication and organisational skills About Company Cafe 63 Dalton Drive is a busy and well‑established café located at Dalton Drive, Maroochydore QLD.
