Senior Logistics Coordinator – Hands-On Role We are seeking a highly organised and reliable Senior Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in ensuring jobs are delivered accurately and on time. About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating daily deliveries and installations across South East Queensland. Working closely with our factory, installation teams, and subcontractors, you will: Allocate work for subcontractors and employees Manage delivery runs and installation routes Monitor workflow and adjust schedules when required Use both digital systems and paper documents to track, allocate, and prioritise workloads What We’re Looking For Strong logistics, scheduling or dispatch experience Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail Very reliable and consistent—keeps commitments and deadlines Confident using computers and paper‑based job systems Hands‑on mindset—willing to jump in and help where needed Strong communication skills and ability to deal with trades, subcontractors, and internal teams Experience in a construction, manufacturing, glazing, cabinetry, or similar trade environment will be highly regarded.
