We have an opportunity for an experienced Sales & Logistics Coordinator to join our Yatala team. What you’ll do Be the key contact for customers asking, “When will my pipes be ready?” Proactively call customers to confirm they’re ready for delivery and lock in delivery plans. Build and manage order tracking tools and delivery schedules using advanced Excel skills. Coordinate closely with production and despatch teams to ensure smooth delivery planning. Keep systems up to date and processes running on time. Source and purchase production/delivery materials and consumables. Maintain accurate stock records and coordinate routine stocktakes. What we’re looking for Previous experience in sales admin, customer coordination, or logistics support. A process-focused mindset and excellent attention to detail. Confidence making outbound calls and managing delivery expectations. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on industrial environment.
