The role includes participating in : Responsibilities workforce planning recruitment and interviews onboarding and inductions interacting with leaders at all levels reporting and contributing to operational meetings building knowledge of awards, enterprise agreement, NES involvement in other HR / IR initiatives and programs. You are supported to work individually and in a team environment to deliver exceptional outcomes, while maintaining a safe and productive culture and having a positive impact on the community in which we operate.
