Job Description Join our exclusive private school OSHC in Trinity College Gladstone and lead an inspiring team of Educators in a modern, purpose-built environment featuring a brand-new kitchen, independent admin office, fully fenced yard, and OSHC Exclusive air-conditioned spaces. This service also offers a dedicated Kindy program and is supported by a collaborative leadership team and regional manager. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity where you will work 38hrs per week across split shifts, Monday to Friday, including 6 non-contact admin hours. You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage. You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day‑to‑day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth. With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.
